SpeechExec Enterprise Optional Modules
SpeechExec Workflow Manager: Set up and automate workflow for moving, copying and deleting dictation files based on predefined rules and schedules and can send automatic email notifications.
SpeechExec Statistic Module: This displays a comprehensive set of reports on dictations, transcription, job status and workload. These can be displayed graphically and exported to MS Excel, Crystal Reports, Adobe Acrobat, or displayed as RTF documents.
SpeechExec Remote Device Management Software: IT administrators can remotely configure Philips hardware such as microphones or foot control switches.
Philips Recorder App for Smartphones: Available for Android, iPhone or Blackberry; this app allows the user to record and send dictation directly from your mobile phone.
SpeechExec Mobile Server: This manages dictations from the Philips App and converts and distributes them in the Philips SpeechExec Enterprise software automatically.
Automatic Transcription via Dragon Speech Recognition: This allows dictations to be automatically picked up by the corresponding Dragon author profile and the speech files are then transcribed by Dragon and returned to the author for correction.
