Olympus Training Course - Author
Includes:
- 1 x 1 hour on-site session
- 1 x follow-up call
Our Olympus Author Training Course will teach the user how to get the best out of the software's ability - meaning greater returns on investment for you!
The course will cover:
- Setting up and using your chosen hardware (microphone, voice recorder)
- Dictation etiquette
- Editing dictation jobs
- Insert/overwrite functionality
- Recording a new job
- Changing the job status
Olympus Training Course - Typist
Includes:
- 1 x 1 hour on-site session
- 1 x follow-up call
The Olympus Typist Training course is designed for those that are transcribing the audio files. The session will ensure that you are reaping the maximum benefits available with ODMS.
- Using the transcription bar
- Configuration and use the hardware (foot pedals and headsets)
- Changing the job status
- Job management and allocation
Please note that we are able to complete the Olympus Typist training course in a group of six people maximum to keep costs down.
Olympus Training Course - Smartphone App
Includes:
- 1 x 1 hour on-site session
The ODDS smartphone app is an option to accompany the Olympus Dictation software.
This Olympus training course will assist you in pairing the app with the software and ensure you utilise on-the-go dictation.
Our ODDS Training Course will cover:
- Smartphone dictation etiquette
- Installation and set up
- Connecting to the Olympus Dictation Portal
- Operation/How to use the app
- Sending a job
Although it is recommended to have an on-site session we can also accommodate remote sessions.
