VoicePower cycling team to ride for cancer research

VoicePower is very proud of their company cycling team, made up of staff and the Director’s spouses. Team VoicePower is set to enter a series of cycling challenges throughout the course of the year in order to raise vital funds for cancer research. To kick off the fundraising Vicky and Sonja’s husbands took part in the ETAPE de Yorkshire on Sunday 8th June 2014

The team will take part in the Dales Rider on 31st August 2014 organised through Yorkshire Cancer Research

The ‘Gear Grinder’ is a smashing start to our team fundraising, taking in the fantastic scenery which we are very lucky to have on our doorstep.  We are inspired by the Tour de France coming to Harrogate and can’t keep off our bikes, let’s hope we can raise some money for cancer research along the way.

‘The Dales Rider takes in some of the most stunning landmarks within the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.’

One of our team members is also taking on the mammoth task of cycling over three days from Harrogate to Paris to coincide with the end of the Tour de France.
