management: Easily monitor and manage the workflow
between authors and transcriptionists. Dictations are automatically routed to
the appropriate person for quicker turnaround times.
Multi-computer functionality: Version 11 is not restricted to one computer, meaning the licence
is applied to its user, not the device. This is excellent for flexibility.
Remote hardware administration: This allows the Philips’ dictation microphone to have the buttons
centrally configured and firmware updates can also be administrated this way

the SpeechExec software. Inbuilt SpeechMike drivers allow for quick and easy
control of all recording and playback functions.
Geared for speech recognition: Speech recognition software such as Dragon NaturallySpeaking can be
integrated into the solution seamlessly. This allows real-time speech
recognition when using a SpeechMike or deferred speech recognition when
downloading speech files from a Digital Pocket Memo.
Individual sort and filter
options: Author and Transcriptionist can
individually sort and filter their work list options to view a personalised
SpeechExec transcription player: For transcriptionists, the solution comes with an integrated
transcription player. Combining with the Philips foot pedal it allows for
convenient and efficient dictation playback control.
New task notifications: Transcriptionists can receive notifications whenever new dictations land
in their work list ensuring that important work is never missed.
