With the overall objective being a successful transition to a digital dictation workflow and a secure return on investment, our Philips Training Courses are extremely valuable for Philips existing users and dictation newbies.
Philips Training Courses - SpeechLive Author
Includes:
- 1 x 1 hour remote session
Our SpeechLive Author Training Course ensures that the person creating the dictations is efficient and knowledgeable in doing so.
The course involves:
- Setting up and using your chosen hardware (microphone, voice recorder)
- Dictation etiquette
- Editing dictation jobs
- Insert/overwrite functionality
- Recording a new job
- Changing the job status
Please note that we are able to complete the Philips SpeechLive Author Training Course in a group of six people maximum.
Philips Training Courses - SpeechLive Typist
Includes:
- 1 x 1 hour remote session
This Philips Training Course is designed for the secretaries or admin staff that will be typing up the dictations of the author using SpeechLive.
The course involves:
- Using the transcription bar
- Configuration and use the hardware (foot pedals and headsets)
- Changing the job status
- Job management and allocation
Please note that we are able to complete the Philips Typist Training Course in a group of six people maximum.
Philips Training Course - SpeechExec Enterprise Author
Includes:
- 1 x 1 hour on-site session
- 1 x follow-up call
Subject to the requirement of the users.
Philips SpeechExec Enterprise solution is a centrally administered solution allowing for easy workflow configuration and amendment.
This training course is targeted at those members of the team using SpeechExec to create dictation directly. Ultimately, we aim to ensure that they are doing so in the most productive way possible.
The course involves:
- Setting up and using your chosen hardware (microphone, voice recorder)
- Dictation etiquette
- Editing dictation jobs
